Hot Water Boiler Systems

Power Vented Tank Heaters
Previous generations of gas water heaters were severely limited in where they could be installed due to chimney access. Today, Gas Plus can install a power vented water heater that can be placed almost anywhere in your home. This makes it easier to replace expensive-to-operate electric water heaters which have no exhaust, and are often placed far from the chimney. New generation power-vented gas water heaters can be installed up to 180 feet from the exterior of your home using 4” pipe that runs through walls or ceilings. Home builders and contractors appreciate the flexibility of being able to place the water heater where it is needed, without being tied to traditional mechanical rooms with access to the chimney stack. Be sure to ask how a new power vented water heater could save you money compared to electric or older less-efficient hot water tanks.
Hot Water Tanks
