I/we understand that by filling out this form we agree to the terms and conditions of the Gas Plus Maintenance Protection Plan Agreement. I/we may revoke this agreement, subject to providing notice to Gas Plus Inc. 30 days prior to the anniversary date of the plan, otherwise the plan will automatically renew for 1 year.
Silver Plan
Coverage for Furnace, Air Conditioner, and Boiler.
- Annual cleaning and inspection, 12-month labour warranty from Monday to Friday 8 am – 5 pm (Holidays excluded).
Gold Plan
Coverage for Furnace, Air Conditioner, and Boiler.
- Annual cleaning and inspection, 12-month labour warranty, 24/ 7.
- Receive a 25% discount on all parts.
VIP Plan
Coverage for furnaces, AC/heat pumps, and fireplaces.
- No charge 24/7 priority service labour for up to 10 years with annual membership renewal and coverage for boilers, generators, and hot water heaters.
Coverage for boilers, generators, and hot water heaters.
- No charge 24/7 priority service labour for up to 5 years with annual membership renewal.
Annual maintenance, inspections, and scheduling reminders.
NOT COVERED: Cabinets, heat exchangers, compressors, nuisance calls, acts of God ( flood, fire, etc.), equipment deemed not in adequate condition, discontinued equipment or parts.
Gas Plus reserves the right to terminate any plan agreement at anytime. Customer subject to service call fee if the equipment is not eligible for plan.
